Goalball 2_thumb130_November 10 - Goalball UK has launched a new talent search that will begin next month.

The sport, an exciting and strategic game played by blind and visually impaired players, will hold a talent identification day at Plaistow, London, on December 10 which will be open to youngsters aged between 12 and 19.

Those that are selected will be fast tracked into Britain's youth squad for next year's Colorado Games.

In goalball, players wear shades to cover their eyes and use their senses of touch and sound to orientate themselves around a court roughly the size of a volleyball court.
