The announcement followed an agreement signed by Fahad Ali Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Federation and Bayan Al Hosani, the Chief People & Communications Officer at Aldar, on the sidelines of the ongoing event.

Under the agreement, Aldar will provide multifaceted support for the event, including various community activities throughout the championship’s five rounds. The support aims to enhance the championship’s status as a leading platform for promoting and developing jiu-jitsu at the local level.

The UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation, in collaboration with Aldar, will organize a series of community events at several Aldar shopping malls, residential communities, and schools throughout the season. These efforts align with the Federation's goals of expanding the base of practitioners and raise community awareness of the sport, its benefits, and values. 

They will also help to engage community members in practical initiatives that encourage a healthy lifestyle embracing Jiu-jitsu for its role in developing self-defense techniques and physical endurance while also fostering values of respect, commitment, discipline, determination, and sportsmanship.
