Curling at the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games will consist of  three competitions, each involving ten National Olympic Committees - women's, men's and mixed doubles. All three events will take place at the Cortina Olympic Stadium in Cortina D'Ampezzo.

As the host country, Italy automatically qualifies for each event. If it declines its place in any event, it will be reallocated to the next highest ranked - and not yet qualified - National Olympic Committee from the Olympic Qualification Event. This process will be repeated until the quota place is filled, according to World Curling.

The eight highest ranked National Olympic Committees from a list generated by the Olympic Qualification Points earned at the 2024 and 2025 Women's, Men's and Mixed Doubles World Championships will qualify for the Olympic Winter Games. If the host country Italy is not among the top eight in the respective event, only the seven highest ranked National Olympic Committees will qualify for the Olympic Winter Games in this way.

Each season, points shall be awarded to the Member Associations ranked 1-13 in each Women's and Men's World Championship in the following order: 15, 13, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. In Mixed Doubles, teams will be ranked 1-20, so points will be awarded as follows: 27, 23, 20, 18, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.

The National Olympic Committees (NOCs) ranked 9-13 will be ranked according to the results of the 2024 and 2025 World Championships. The top three NOCs from the Pre-Qualification Event to be held in autumn 2025.

All mixed doubles teams from the NOCs that have qualified for the 2024 and 2025 World Championships but have not yet qualified for the Olympic Winter Games through points earned at these Championships or through hosting the Olympic Winter Games. If this results in fewer than 16 teams, the next highest ranked NOC (as of 1 May 2025) will be invited until all 16 OQE places are filled.
