261115 262142120489445_464279998_nDecember 18 - Worldwide Olympic partner Samsung have launched an interactive campaign around the Innsbruck 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games under the slogan "Wake up – it's everyone's Youth Olympic Games".


The campaign features an interactive platform, available here, which has online games, videos and information on all of Samsung's activities for the inaugural Winter Youth Olympics.

One of the highlights of Samsung's activities at the competition in Innsbruck will be a mobile exhibition called the Youth Olympic Games Smart Cube which will begin a tour of Austria at the end of this year and entertain the public in Innsbruck during the event.

Samsung will also support the Youth Olympic Torch Relay by providing 355 Samsung Torchbearers from 12 countries, with their activities around the competition for 15 to 18-year-olds aiming to bring both the fun and educational aspects of the Games to life when they take place from January 13 to 22.

There will also be top prizes to be won from Samsung with an exciting new online competition called the Samsung Slopester Snowboard Challenge.

Players from all over the world compete against each other to clock the fastest times and rack up the highest scores with the best players each week winning a Samsung premium phone such as a Galaxy S II.

There will also be a mobile game called Ski Jump Giants, with the winner getting travel and tickets to watch top Premier League team Chelsea FC.

The second and third placed players will win Samsung premium phones while there are many other online games, such as a dance competition, with similar prizes on offer.
