Anger in Scotland at decision to allow British team for 2012

Brazil to compete in Birmingham World Cup event

May 28 - Brazil, one of the world's strongest judo teams, has announced that they will send a team to

compete in the 2009 GB World Cup for men and women at Birmingham in September.

Brazil’s announcement follows a successful visit by the British team to San Paulo to compete in the invitational

International Team Challenge, against France and hosts Brazil.

Cyclists begin British gold rush in Manchester
