Queen's Baton Relay blamed for doubling of Commonwealth Games budget

By Duncan Mackay   November 5 - The operating budget for the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi has been doubled from $163 million (£98 million) to $344 million (£207 million) after rising costs, particularly linked to the the Queen's Baton Relay, were blamed.
