  DANE TANNI GREY-THOMPSON (pictured) has today launched a ground-breaking nationwide initiative to help Paralympians prepare for London 2012 called Deloitte Parasport.

"Equally, we needed to address finding new athletes for the GB team in time for 2012 and beyond.

The Sudan-born Deng received his first GB call-up this week, having got his passport last October.
