  APRIL 25 - THE International Olympic Committee (IOC) is to introduce a Youth Olympics, it announced today.

The proposal must be approved by the general assembly of the IOC in July in Guatemala City.      

  THE NUMBER of countries eligible to compete in the 2012 Olympics is set to raise by one more to 204 with the successful application of Montenegro.

The decision will need to be rubber-stamped by an IOC session in Guatemala in July.
