Int. Golden Fly Series

The Golden Fly Series returns to Innsbruck, Austria. On Saturday 18 May, the world's top athletes in pole vault and long jump will once again grace Innsbruck's vibrant Maria-Theresien-Strasse for an exhilarating outdoor track and field event.

Competing athletes will vie for crucial world ranking points necessary for qualification in the Olympic Games in Paris. This will take place on the largest mobile athletics facility globally certified by World Athletics, known as "The FlySwat".

Once again, the revered event in Innsbruck will be celebrated as part of the World Athletics Continental Tour Challenger. It will also serve as the focal point of the city's athletics scene, acting as the longstanding "home base" for the Golden Fly Series.

Following the debut of the interactive long jump laser line "PrimeLine" in 2015 and the introduction of the "Wall Jump" in pole vault in 2022 and 2023, another remarkable pole vault innovation is set to make its world premiere at the 20th anniversary event.
