In a vibrant display of commitment to inclusion and the Olympic spirit, Air France, official partner of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, will transport 600 students from French overseas territories to the French capital to experience the excitement of the competition firsthand.

This generous gesture not only opens a window to the world of para-athletics but also reflects a profound respect for diversity and human endeavour. In the tapestry of Paralympic history, Air France's flight is more than just a journey; it is a bridge to a more inclusive and hopeful future.

The fortunate young travellers, aged between 9 and 18, come from Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Saint Martin, and Réunion. Their trip to Paris is not just a physical voyage but an immersion into a world where personal triumph and inclusion are celebrated with fervour. At the heart of this initiative is the "Ma classe aux Jeux" programme, a brilliant creation of the French Ministry of Education.

This initiative is part of the "Tous aux Jeux" scheme, which has made it possible for 400,000 people from diverse backgrounds and conditions to experience the magic of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games up close.

Anne Rigail, General Director of Air France, has expressed her enthusiasm for this transformative project: "Following the success of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the Paralympic Games promise to highlight values that are essential to Air France: inclusion, diversity, and the will to overcome obstacles. This initiative is a fantastic opportunity for these 600 young people to experience a historic event, and we are delighted to contribute to bringing them to Paris."

Rigail underscores the airline's commitment to the "Games Wide Open" approach promoted by the Paris 2024 Organising Committee, a motto that seeks to open the doors of the Games to everyone. The journey of these young students represents much more than a simple transfer; it is an affirmation of the unifying power of sport and a reminder that true victory lies in the human spirit. As the students prepare to land in Paris, the echoes of their experience are set to resonate far beyond the Olympic Stadium, inspiring a new generation to overcome barriers and embrace diversity with open arms.
