Indian Olympic suspension moves closer after IOC warning

Boxing training centre set-up in Rio for 2016 Olympics

May 21 - The International Boxing Association (AIBA) have become the first world governing body to set up training facilities for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games after its President C.K. Wu signed a landmark agreement with Carlos Nuzman, President of the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) and Mauro da Silva, President of the Brazilian Confederation of Boxing (CBBoxe).



Vancouver 2010 drug-testing programme praised by WADA

May 21 - Drug testing efforts at the Vancouver Paralympics have been praised by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), with an increase of 30 per cent in the amount of testing carried out and where the only positive test involved Swedish curler Glenn Ikonen for a blood pressure medication.
