Diack rings NASDAQ closing bell rung to mark IAAF Centenary

Lamine Diack_NASDAQ_11_JuneJune 11 - The closing bell, traditionally rung daily at 4.00pm to signify the end of trading on the NASDAQ exchange in New York City, has been rung by Lamine Diack, President of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), to mark the year of the IAAF Centenary.

Peter Waterfield_Tom_Daly_June_10June 9 - Tom Daley, who set a British record in the 10 metre platform synchro with his partner Peter Waterfield at the GB trials in Sheffield, described the result as "perfect timing" and said he and Waterfield were now "heading in the right direction" after their relatively disappointing showing of seventh place in the Olympic test event in February.
